We hope the below will give you a little information on how our order process works. However, if you have any questions then please let us know.
After sending us an enquiry, via our Contact Us page or Facebook, we will send you a quote for your cake with a unique reference number. This will detail all decoration requests, cake flavours, pricing, special requests etc. We will hold your event date for 3 days only. This should hopefully give you enough time to decide if you would like to go ahead with the order. This ‘valid to’ date will be noted on your quotation form.
After the 3 days, if we have not received a deposit from you, we release the date to other customers.
Placing the Order
After reading through your quotation form and our Terms & Conditions (which can be found here), if you want to proceed please let us know. We require a deposit or full amount payment which will secure your date and production time. The amount is dependant on final order price and date required.
PLEASE NOTE – We cannot follow up every enquiry we have. Until we receive a deposit or full payment from you we cannot book your order in and secure production time. If you want to proceed after the original 3 days of quoting you MUST contact us before making payment in order to see if your date is still available.
Final Balance Payment
The remaining balance will need to be paid before the cake is collected/ delivered. Date the full amount is required by is dependant on final order price. Once you have paid in full, relax… we have your order booked in and will begin creating your personalised cake!
PLEASE NOTE: Until we receive the full payment we will not be able to start production of your cake. The reason we have a final balance payment date is to give us the time to complete your order.
The day you have been waiting for! You can collect your cake, or we can deliver (additional charge). We will sign the cake over to you and you are free to enjoy!
